If the piece isn't what you expected, we make it right. Here's how.
If a piece isn't as described — wrong condition, missing accessory, damaged in transit, misidentified — send it back for a full refund including return shipping. No stocking fees, no restocking runaround.
If you change your mind on an accurately-described piece, we'll take it back within 30 days; buyer covers return shipping in that case.
Returned pieces must arrive in the same condition they shipped in, in original packaging where applicable. For MOC/sealed pieces, this means the seal has not been broken. For loose pieces, nothing new has been added, subtracted, or damaged.
Refunds return to the original payment method. Shopify processes most in 3–5 business days; your bank may take another day or two to post.
We don't do direct exchanges — return for refund, then buy the replacement. It keeps the accounting clean and the process fast.
Always ship returns with tracking. If a return goes missing in transit, we work with you and the carrier on a claim.
